This unique tiny cabin located in up and coming Soho RV Park offers big adventures for couples and small families alike. Located in an up-and-coming RV Park on 10 acres, Beavers Box is a 1 bedroom plus loft tiny cabin. Both sleeping areas even offer queen sized beds! Just because Beavers Box is a Tiny Cabin, that doesn't mean it isn't grand!

For the griller at heart, take advantage of our Black Stone grill, made for easy clean up. Cozy up under the moonlit sky watching lighting bugs while roasting marshmallows by the fire or possibly take a stroll through our private hiking trails. Play a round of horse shoes or step back in time and try your hand at tetherball. Maybe Cornhole is more your game, either way, we have to all at our tiny cabin! Relax and unwind after a long adventurous day in our hot tub. There's even a custom play area for the kids!

And if this place wasn't magical enough, Beavers Box is very conveniently located in up and coming Soho RV Park. Situated right off of US HWY 259, there's no pot holes or rough roads to deal with and is also within walking distance to Go Karts, Snow Cones, liquor store, Winery, and more!

As an additional rental opportunity, the property also offers multiple RV spots with 30 amp & 50 amp hookups! RV spots include private fire pits and are managed by property owner. RV spots do not share amenities listed for Beavers Box but are welcome to fish in the private catch & release pond & hiking on the property.

Please contact Matt Staggs at 903-826-3810 for more information for the RV spots.

10/10

The location is great! It is set just a few short miles into Hotcha Town, the enty to Beavers Bend Park is right down the road & it is on a property that you can explore, with a walking trail, pond & fire pit included. We enjoyed the tetherball pole in the back. There is a play set on the property as well & it looked like there was a pavillion being built. Very kid & pet friendly. This property also accommodates camper trailers & we saw a few tents in the back. The hot tub is so nice after a long day of hiking & made private by the curtains on the deck. The cabin has a lot of amenities, including a dog bed that our two pups very much appreciated. The cabin is easy to get to & the keypad makes it easy to get in. The owner is kind, we never needed assistance but I have confidence that if we did we would have gotten assisted promptly.

Great weekend getaway

Surprised we were so close to major highway 259 but then felt secluded thanks to deck curtains. Loved the hot tub and never heard highway traffic inside once. Great getaway space for two but I’d worry about trying little ones in the upstairs loft.

Great little place!

Loved the access to the pond on the property within walking distance to fish, quiet and quaint little place. Close to all of broken bow and Hochatown. Loved the privacy curtains on the porch for the hot tub! And it had everything we needed for a short weekend stay!

This cabin is a perfect spot for exploring Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake and Hochatown. We were able to spend the day hiking and swimming, and come back to a relaxing and quiet spot to unwind. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to make our own meals, and the kids loved the loft room where they could have quiet time or watch a movie with us on the big screen downstairs. I even got to teach them how to play tetherball!! The hot tub and fire pit were super cozy, it was a wonderful spot that felt deep in the woods while being right down the street from everything 🤩!

Location, location, location. This adorable cabin is smack dab in the middle of whatever you want to do in either Broken Bow or Hochatown. The cabin itself is immaculate and is cutely decorated. Everything you would need for cooking a gourmet dinner to grilling on the blackstone located right outside is available. After our excursions on the river we loved to come back to the cabin and relax in the hottub. All in all this place is a fantastic place to stay at and we would definitely stay here again.

Lisa’s tiny home cabin was a wonderful weekend stay. I do recommend arriving in daylight hours as it was a little difficult to find in the dark. It is very conveniently located right off the highway and Lisa was available and very helpful as she made made sure we got there safely.
As far as the house, she went above and beyond - there was a basket on the counter with s’mores ingredients, a bottle of wine, and coffee supplies for the coffee maker. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Can’t speak for the one in the loft as we did not use it. Definitely a great use of space and would have been used had we had friends come along.
The deck and hot tub were absolutely amazing. We spent many hours out there enjoying our vacation away. The lights out front are a great touch.
There are many activities to partake in around the cabin as well as it being very close to other attractions. We recommend the Knotted Rope winery-they have an amazing wine slush and Shuck Me- great food and supper good dessert.
The neighbor is friendly and I liked that there was someone close in case of emergency.
Thank you!!
